Registration

Registration is now open. See below for the link to the online store for payment. Please read carefully and contact us if you have problems.

Your registration is complete only after we have received payment for the conference fees. Prior to payment, you must complete the pre-registration form.

Fees

For budgeting purposes, the conference registration fees are given below. They are subject to minor changes.

Early Registration Fee (has been extended until May 14th) £225
Late Registration Fee (has been fixed to the early registration fee) £225
All registration fees include morning coffee/afternoon tea, excursion and conference dinner.  
   
Accompanying persons £50
   
Standard en-suite accommodation (per night) £50
Standard accommodation is on a bed & breakfast basis. We can only guarantee accommodation if this is booked and paid for by 30 April 2012.

Payment:

Payment will be through Lancaster University’s Online Store, which provides secure credit card transactions.

Once you have submitted the Pre-registration please connect to the Online store and make a payment for your accommodation and registration fee (and accomanying person if required).

You will only pay for items you add to the basket. Each item will have to be selected seperately, followed by a set of questions that ensure that we can identify the purchaser. If you do not require an option please do not add it to the list. Once you have selected all the items you require you then check out to make the final payement. At this point your selections can be editted if you need to make corrections.

For the accommodation please select the number of nights you need. When you are filling out details you will be asked for an arrival date and a departure date, the total cost will be £50 x the number of nights.

If you need to pay by bank transfer please make the payment to the following account and let me know that you have made the payment. Note: an additional £15 fee will be added to the cost for a bank transfer:
